How it Works
Register Interest
First, register your interest.
This will allow us to learn a bit more about you and what you’re looking for.
Choose your crew
Who do you fancy sailing with? Have you got a crew in mind or are you happy to make new friends?
You can either fill a boat with your friends or we will put you on one where you can make new ones.
At this point you can pay your £50 refundable deposit.
Book your Flights
Once we have confirmed your booking, you should book flights and travel insurance (we can collect guests from Split or Zadar Airport).
At the same time, you will receive your confirmation request to pay your 1st instalment.
You will have 14 days to book, after that time your offer will lapse.

Time to get excited, at this point you will pay your balance and if you’re not already in a group, you will be provisionally allocated to a crew.
Note: We’ll always try to ensure smaller groups sail on the same crew. To guarantee your own boat. you’ll need 8 to 11 passengers.

Payment
The University Sail Week want to make booking as easy as possible for you, all you need to know is:
- To reserve your place a £50 refundable deposit is required at booking
- 50% of the balance is required by the beginning of May
- The rest of the balance has to be paid 1 month before the charter
